Shipping policy

Domestic Shipments

Orders are dispatched using various carriers, with the most suitable option selected based on the ordered product. Delivery may be handled by United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Postal Service (USPS). For customers utilizing a PO Box, USPS will be the primary delivery method. Additionally, FedEx and DHL are also available.

Restricted Items

Due to federal regulations concerning hazardous materials, certain items face shipping restrictions, including aerosol products (such as Between the Sheets), items containing alcohol (like perfumes), and lithium batteries. Pure Romance collaborates closely with our shipping partner to ensure compliance with all safety regulations. These restrictions may affect order shipments in the following ways:

  • Large quantities of lithium batteries cannot be shipped together in one package; thus, orders may arrive in multiple boxes.
  • Air express shipping may be restricted by certain carriers.
  • Aerosol products and items with high alcohol content cannot be shipped via air, which means they cannot be sent express or to Alaska or Hawaii.
  • The ordering page will limit the shipping method to ground for orders containing aerosols and/or alcohol items.

International and APO/FPO Shipments

International orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). For current shipping methods and pricing, please refer to the Online Office.

  • We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
  • For APO/FPO shipments, once packages are delivered to the United States Military, they become the responsibility of the United States Military Post Office. Pure Romance has no control over shipments after they are received by the Military Post Office.
  • The delivery address and/or method cannot be altered once the order is placed.

Restricted Items

International regulations may impose restrictions on items available for shipping from BringOnTheSexy Boutique.

Returned Shipments

If a shipment is refused or sent back to BringOnTheSexy Boutique:

  • Carrier Neglect: We will reach out to the customer to obtain a different shipping address. If an alternate address is not provided within two business days, the order will be canceled.
  • Other Reasons: Shipments returned for any other reason will be automatically canceled.
  • A refund, excluding shipping and handling charges, will be processed back to the original form of payment. For orders with a net value of $250 or more, a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount based on our shipping partner's restock charge.

Damaged Packages and Items

We strive to package orders carefully to minimize product damage during shipping.

  • Once a shipment is picked up from BringOnTheSexy Boutique, it becomes the carrier's responsibility.
  • If you receive a damaged package, please contact BringOnTheSexy Boutique within three business days of receipt.
  • Both the customer and we should retain all products and packaging until a satisfactory resolution is reached. Photos of the damaged box or items may be required by the carrier.
  • We will file a claim with the carrier and work on the appropriate steps to provide credit for the damaged items.

Stolen/Missing Packages

  • Shipments become the carrier's responsibility upon pickup from the Pure Romance Corporate Office.
  • If an order is stolen or missing, you must contact BringOnTheSexy Boutique within three business days to file a claim with the carrier.
  • The claim may take up to eight business days to process and resolve.

Missing Items

  • If you receive your order and find an item is missing, please contact us within three business days of receipt.
  • Once a missing item is reported, we will collaborate with you to provide credit for the missing items.
